Reducing Inflammation with a Personalized Touch
Chronic Inflammation is the root of serious health issues such as autoimmune disease, cancer, diabetes, obesity, inflammatory bowel disease, and heart disease.
Systemic inflammation caused by food sensitivities is becoming increasingly more common.
Why do you become sensitive or allergic to foods?
Simple: the toxins in the environment, Genetically Engineered Foods, herbicides sprayed on your food, chemicals added to processed foods, stress in your life and medications such as antibiotics are to blame. These things injure your gut. They change the bacteria and damage the gut's lining, which is the critical barrier that keeps you immune system from having to deal with the toxins and allergens inside your intestinal tract. This damage to the intestines is called leaky gut.
Once you have leaky gut, food particles "leak" across the damaged barrier and your immune system (70% of which is right under that lining) starts to attack these partially digested food particles. That’s when you develop food sensitivities or allergies to foods you used to be able to eat without any problem.
One of the first things you can do for yourself is get tested for food sensitivities, remove these foods to calm down your immune system, and then work on healing your intestines.
We all know that eating wholesome, unprocessed foods is paramount for healing and maintaining a healthy, vibrant, energetic body. In addition, learning exactly what foods your body thrives on and which foods are harmful, is just as important.
